To honor Earth Day in 2016, join Climate Change Awareness & Action in exploring how energy sources for our future are being used in our community today.
On Saturday, April 23, 2016, members of our community will open up their homes, businesses, schools, farms, and municipal facilities for free to the public to show how solar, wind, geothermal and energy efficiency works for them.
Come to any of the self-guided tour sites on this day, and you can learn about their experiences, how these systems work, the costs involved, and why they moved to these fossil-free technologies that reduce greenhouse gases, which are a major cause of climate change.
